- You will collaborate with central teams to develop new local offers tailored to specific market needs
- Participate in the deployment and implementation of new offers as needed
- You will also ensure service levels are consistently maintained across the business
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
- Furthermore, you act as the primary point of contact for sales rhythms and metrics management for Zone GMs and central SFE
- You shall collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and objectives

- You will have proven experience in channel management, sales operations, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills are required in this role, as well as understanding of price management
- You will demonstrate advanced selling and negotiation skills
- Proven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills and the ability to coach others
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent
