- Contract management: Oversee the negotiation, drafting and execution of contracts. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory bodies / requirements.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct stringent financial analysis to support decision making. Monitoring project budgets, costs and profitability to maximise financial performance.
- Team leadership: Inspire and lead a dynamic and high performing team, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment whilst providing support to successfully deliver the project at hand
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, engineering, or a related field.
- Financial acumen: Exceptional understanding of financial principles.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial management with experience in large lump sum Construction projects
- Leadership: A strong leader, with an adept leadership style who is trusted by peers.
- Communication skills: Profound communication skills, with strong verbal and written literacy.
