The Role:
- Routine oversight of industrial asset operations
- Administration of key dates such as lease options, expiry dates, and bonds
- Addressing general inquiries from landlords and tenants
- Executing rental adjustments
- Facilitating requests for public liability insurance from tenants
- Oversight of annual fire safety compliance
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Managing negotiations for end-of-lease 'make good' obligations
- Processing lease agreements
- Preparing property inspection reports for move-ins and move-out
- Essential to have either a Certificate of Registration or a Real Estate License.
- Minimum of 1 year of property management experience (commercial OR residential).
- Professional and polished personal appearance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic approach with a passion for the property sector.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Essential to hold a NSW Driver’s License and own transportation.
- An opportunity for a Residential PM to make the switch to commercial
