Commercial Property Manager

Our client is a unique private property group with a major mixed-use precinct in Perth’s southern suburbs. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee the static portfolio of industrial, retail, and Commercial Property, with a particular focus on revenue uplift and driving cost savings. In addition, you will work closely with the executive team.
In this role you will be required to;

• Manage all static property related functions including the management of all leases and lease transactions
• Provide quality advice, documentation, and correspondence to other departments and tenants that require information on matters pertaining to leases or property related matters
• Manage the property portfolio including negotiation and coordination of leasing activities and maintenance of tenancies
• Develop strategies to maximise commercial returns on property
• Assist in the budget process

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Previous experience in a Commercial Property management role with a focus on commercial, industrial, and retail
• Demonstrated fluency with lease administration
• Budgeting, financial management, and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills
• Understanding of the Commercial Tenancy Act
