This leading Property Agency is looking for a passionate Property Manager to join their team based in Hobart.

This leading property agency is part of a global property group, managing both commercial and residential assets locally. Due to growth, they are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Hobart, Tasmania. Whether you’re an experienced Commercial Property Manager or wanting to take your career to the next step, this role may be for you!

Your new role 

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties,
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders,
• Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients,
• Preparing and managing budgets and business plans and reporting to clients,
• Regular property inspections to ensure the highest level of presentation,
• Managing capital projects on behalf of the client,
• 
  

What you'll need to succeed 

• A Property Representative Licence
• Experience in residential, industrial and/or Commercial Property management
• A strong customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong and demonstrated ability to build relationships
• A current driver licence
