Commercial Property Manager

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to step into their own portfolio.

Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency who have gone through a considerable growth period and continue to build the team at a steady pace. Renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial, they have built a strong team with a number of agents who are ranked as the best in the market.
They are now seeing a Commercial Property Manager to oversee an established portfolio across a diverse range of assets. You will be working under a highly regarded Head of Department with lots of growth potential through ongoing training and development. Additional duties include:

• Management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
• Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
• Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments.
• Prospecting for new business.
• Carrying out inspections, marketing and listing of all new properties.

To be considered you will have already attained your WA Property Management Registration, have at least 2 years' experience in Commercial Property Management (ideally managing your own portfolio), or be a highly experienced Assistant Property Manager looking for that next step. You will be self-motivated and passionate about delivering a high level of service to each of your clients. With the ability to manage your time effectively skills you will also have a current driver’s license and a reliable car.
