Commercial Property Manager

Haughton Stotts has an opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join the team. 

The role / responsibilities:

• Liaising & negotiating with landlords and tenants
• Assisting in all aspects in the Commercial Property  Management Department 
• Undertaking market reviews & negotiating market reviews with existing tenants
• Ensuring all properties within your portfolio are up to date with rent arrears
• Proactively managing repairs and ongoing maintenance of properties within your portfolio 

Skills & experience:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Reliable car & driver's license
• A positive "Can do" attitude
• High levels of organisation and initiative 
• Excellent presentation

You will have

• Completed Agents Representative Certificate
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proactive team player and strong work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
• Valid drivers licence and access to vehicle
