Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to work a hybrid WFH and in-office role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of circa 140 properties, end to end with no leasing duties, no trust accounting, and no BDM required. Feel supported by a Brisbane-based Head of Department, team awards, and social events with the rest of the QLD team.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of circa 140 properties
- Minimal out-of-office duties
- Entry & exit condition reports
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
- Maintenance and repairs
- Preparing for and attending QCAT as required
- Ensuring compliance is up to date
- Ability to WORK FROM HOME in your home office + in-office at their West End location!

- Up to $80k + super + allowances

- 2-3 years experience in Property Management
- The ability to WORK FROM HOME and autonomously without supervision
- Hard-working and honest work ethic
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Drivers license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships
