About the role
Reporting directly to the Director you will be responsible for the management of two inner-city office buildings and smaller commercial buildings on behalf of their key investment clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Ensure effective management of rental arrears.
- Manage and negotiate lease reviews and renewals.
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasting.
- Accurately record and manage tenant property related documents and data.
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC).
- Experience managing office buildings, ideally in the inner-city or CBD.
- Must have experience preparing budgets and forecasting.
- Maturity and professionalism required to liaise with astute high-net-worth investors.
- Highly developed organisation and communication skills.
