Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Manager with a proven track record in managing Industrial properties. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small team setting and values a supportive work culture over stringent KPI’s and deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of Commercial properties.
• Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct property inspections, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in Commercial Property Management, particularly in Industrial properties.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing procedures, and The Retail Tenancies Act. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to exceeding client expectations.
• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Property management or a related field highly regarded.
