Based in the CDB this role will see you Report to the executive team as you manage a portfolio of 70 properties housing 110 tenants , Your days will be varied as you mange the below:
Administer lease contracts & renewals Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants Rent collection, reviews & renewals Monthly reporting to owners/tenants & Directors Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed
To be successful in obtaining an interview for this role it is imperative that you have prior property management experience, immaculate presentation, a valid Licence and a passion for industry!
