We are seeking a Property Manager with experience managing commercial properties, ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training from an experienced department head.
The Role:
- Manage a clean portfolio of properties in Norwest, primarily industrial and commercial
- Prepare commercial leases
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Ensure RP Office records are up-to-date
- Follow up on rental arrears daily
- Address and follow up on maintenance issues
- Prepare rent calculations and outgoing forecasts
- Conduct annual rent increases and market rent reviews
- Receive support from a team assistant
- Previous experience in Commercial Property management OR strong experience in residential property management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Own car and driver’s license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage conflict resolution
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Low-maintenance portfolio
- Ample support from a team administrator
- Clean and well-maintained portfolio
- Friendly team with low staff turnover
- Supportive department head offering comprehensive training
