We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join the team, work closely with the Directors to oversee a unique portfolio of commercial office buildings, predominantly B-grade assets accross the Melbourne Inner City suburbs. The Role
As an experienced Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. You will work across a boutique, premium portfolio of office buildings that are predominately B Grade assets.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Oversight across a handful of office buildings, starting off with 2 buildings and increasing based on experiences
• Conducting regular property inspections and delivering comprehensive reports
• Efficiently managing repairs and maintenance
• Skillful financial management, covering rents, leases, outgoings, and arrears
• Coordinating insurance and Essential Safety Measures
• Maintaining strong, productive relationships with landlords and tenants

The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, with experience working across office buildings. Key attributes, skills, and experiences include:

• Agent's Representative Qualification or Licensed Estate Agent accreditation
• A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or a related field is desirable.
• Familiarity with Cirrus 8 would be highly advantageous
