What will you be doing in this role:

Working closely with the Director you will manage traditional EA task blended with managing the back end admin for all sales and leasing campaigns whilst assisting to manage buyers. This role offers a pathway to become a commercial sales and leasing agent long term.
  • Prepare for and attend appraisals with the Director
  • Execute agency agreements and order contracts
  • Book marketing, attend photoshoots, coordinate styling
  • Book auctioneers, schedule open times and private inspections
  • Diary management and confirming meetings
  • Respond to all buyer inquiry and assist with open home call backs
  • Prepare vendor reports and open packs
  • Manage sales advice to settlement paper work
  • Order settlement gifts, book and carry out pre-settlement inspections
  • Manage sales file compliance for the office
  • Oversee agent CPD compliance and licence register
  
The right candidate will have:
  • 3+ years experience in a sales PA or EA role within Real Estate
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
  • A sound understanding of the sales process and compliance requirements
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate licence
  • Access to a car full time and a valid drivers licence
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full Australian work rights
