Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the commercial property market and excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and cold calling together with supporting sales listings from the Rent Roll.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and properties.
- Conduct property inspections, negotiate deals and facilitate transactions to achieve sales targets.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market trends, property values and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, administration and property management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, market conditions and legal requirements affecting Commercial Real Estate Sales.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving daily targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of commercial property market dynamics, investment analysis and financial concepts.
- Current Agents Representative License / Real Estate License
