Our client, a leader in the Real Estate Industry, seeks a Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth and build lasting client partnerships in the South-Eastern Suburbs across Retail, Commercial, and Industrial assets.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize networking and prospecting tactics to pinpoint potential commercial clients.
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at surpassing revenue goals.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to remain abreast of industry trends and competitor movements.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with influential stakeholders, adapting solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations.
- Develop persuasive sales proposals, engage in negotiations, and manage contracts effectively.
About you:
- A background in either Residential and/or Commercial Property Sales.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering trust and credibility with clients.
- Self-driven and motivated to not only meet but surpass sales objectives.
- Possesses outstanding organizational capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- A VIC Agent Representative Certification is essential.
