Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face visits and venue measurements.
- Provide product quotes and source non-stocked custom products.
- Make follow-up calls to existing clients.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about product details, pricing, availability, and more.
- Deliver proposals through video, phone, and in-person presentations.
- Convert leads into orders effectively.
- Understand and address client needs with genuine interest.
- Utilize design awareness to enhance spaces.
- Maintain motivation to meet KPIs.
- Emphasize product value without heavy discounting.
- Persistent follow-up on opportunities and manage opportunity lists.
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with commitment.
Qualifications:
