Our client is a reputable & long-standing Commercial agency seeking a dedicated Commercial Sales & Leasing exec to join their ranks!With a strong database and loyal client base, our client has some of the best Real Estate Agents in the business as mentors and leaders among their junior team members.
As a Sales and Leasing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of assets, leveraging existing networks, and actively seeking new opportunities for property listings. You'll thrive in negotiation scenarios and excel at adapting to evolving market dynamics.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Creating property leasing submissions that effectively showcase available listings.
- Coordinating the distribution of monthly emails, tenant requirements, and quarterly newsletters as directed.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for landlords in most cases, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiating leasing and sales transactions with landlords and tenants.
- Providing instructions and liaising with solicitors to finalize lease and sales documentation.
- Responding to customer phone & email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Conducting property inspections with tenants and buyers as needed.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Full Real Estate Licence.
- A corporate, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and financial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in commercial leasing, property management, or finance preferred; residential candidates will also be considered.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A collaborative team player comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Attractive starter of $60K up to $100K + a rewarding commissions structure (skys the limit!)
