Commercial Sales Manager

This organisation is a highly successful, established provider of products, and services within the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, they are in need of a Commercial Sales Manager to lead their Melbourne sales team.
 
The role is varied in nature, with a focus on maintaining key client relationships and effective team leadership in order to maintain their position as a market leader in the healthcare industry. It is a key position in managing a team that services clients across Aged Care, Home Care and Acute Care with responsibilities including:

• Establish and maintain relationships in key service areas of Aged Care, Home Care and Acute Care.
• Lead the way in assessing client requirements, offering solutions and recommendations based on the supply and service model of our client.
• Preparation and presentation of tenders.
• Responsible for leading the Greater Melbourne sales team, circa 12 including channel managers.
• Lead and support Sales Representatives in achieving individual sales and margin targets.
• Effectively oversee sales budgets and KPIs to drive overall sales performance.
• Develop and maintain key corporate accounts.
• Develop new business development strategies with inactive and non-contracted organisations.
• Promote e-commerce tools and team capabilities in order to better support clients.
• Promote service and maintenance programs and capabilities.

 
We are seeking candidates who possess the following traits and experience:

• Effective team and sales leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional customer service skills to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• A proven track record in sales leadership.
• A sales growth mindset driven to achieve sales growth and exceed targets.
• Prior experience in health/medical related field, Aged Care would be highly advantageous
