Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the Service department.
- Greet and assist customers, providing updates on repairs and servicing.
- Follow warranty policies and dealership standards.
- Coordinate daily service appointments and manage customer expectations.
- Upsell vehicle services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Book services and prepare repair orders.
- Address customer concerns and promptly invoice customers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to explain the value of services and repairs.
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience with Era Power DMS (highly regarded).
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
- High level of personal presentation.
- Manual driver's licence (essential).
