In this Sydney-based role, you will shadow and support our team of Commercial Managers in delivering growth in the 1:1 Rewards program, and support us with loyalty insights gained from data-led initiatives to present to the business. Responsibilities include: An exciting role working as a support to the Commercial Managers, partnering with our internal and external supplier partners to deliver continued growth of our 1:1 business, and new loyalty initiatives Partner with Commercial Managers in EverydayX to support the delivery of end to end offer mix, creation and management of 1:1 offers Work alongside the Commercial Senior Partnership Manager to deliver commercial & loyalty insights to share with business partners Lead the Agile Operating Rhythym for the Commercial Trading & Partnering Team Lead forums for planning and alignment across cross-functional Loyalty teams What you'll bring Strong organisational skills (Admin and team organisation to support with agile initiatives) Demonstrated experiences with supplier partnerships and/or working with external partners/clients preferred Creation of presentations and facilitation skills Analytical skills (experience with Google Suite and commercial data preferred) A Commercial or Loyalty background is desirable What you'll experience We embrace diversity of thought and love to take on challenges with a pragmatic and innovative approach.
