About the role
We are currently seeking for a Commercial Support to work in our Port Melbourne Office. Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage but as this is an entry level administration role, full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the key focus of this role will be:
- Creating and processing shipping documentation (incl. data entry)
- Meeting tight deadlines for uploading data
- Liaising with our customers to provide information and support
- Complying with regulatory government bodies
- Creating and sending invoices to the clients
Your key to success in this busy role will be a “can do” attitude and a passion for excellent customer service. Additionally, you will have a strong ability to build & develop relationships, have strong time management & computer skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
