Our client is one of Australia largest industrial design company specialising in self-service and automation technologies. Through strong partnerships with major technology companies and innovators, they custom design and build unique autonomous solutions for some of the countries’ best known brands and government institutions.
Through continued business growth they are now looking for a highly motivated Office & Commercial Support Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team to provide support to new business, customer service and administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide key administrative support to the Sales & Operations teams by preparing quotes, orders; follow up on new and prospective leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, decision-makers, new and potential partners, maximising sales opportunities as appropriate.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales leads and work closely with customers to support their enquiries, understand their needs and deliver products to suit.
- Support the business with large tender responses.
- Project coordination – Develop an in-depth understanding of each project scope; plan and coordinate deliverables with project leaders and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Marketing Support – Help define and execute marketing strategies & campaigns in partnership with third parties. Assist in the organisation of promotional event and delivery of marketing collateral and social media platforms.
- Maintain and organise office space, order supplies and merchandise.
- Travel management and bookings.
- Event organisation, both internal and external.
Candidate Experience
- Hands on experience in Account Management and/or Sales Administration with Information Technology industry and/or product experience highly regarded
- Experience in project planning, coordination and delivery
- Highly organised and efficient with highly developed skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to produce written work to a high standard
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a natural ability to solve problems
- A keen Interest and knowledge of technology (hardware/software) advantageous
