The Opportunity
Chobani is currently seeking a Commercialisation Process Manager to join our dynamic team where you’ll closely collaborate with our New Product Development (NPD) and Production teams to facilitate the smooth transition of products from the development phase to commercialization.
Based at our factory, you will actively participate in NPD trials, allowing you to identify and address any process gaps to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Your role will involve overseeing the introduction of new products onto our production lines, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.
As someone who thrives on challenges, you will enjoy working collaboratively to identify opportunities for improvement and increased productivity. Leading various initiatives and projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving productivity enhancements. Additionally, you will contribute to Chobani's evolution by implementing standardized processes and systems to ensure consistency and excellence in our product manufacturing.

The role is based at our state-of-the-art office and facility at Dandenong South, which offers flexibility in hours depending on when trials are held, free parking and unlimited yoghurt!
Skills & Experience
Ideally, you’re someone who has:
• Hands on experience in the Consumer Goods industry ideally within Production, NPD or Engineering
• An understanding of the technical knowledge within a production environment (filling and packaging lines)
• An ability to build trusted relationships, be a real people person and have confidence to drive others to achieve
• An analytical mind, high levels of curiosity and a true passion for driving continuous improvement
• High levels of commercial acumen and an ability to manage and juggle multiple projects
This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with diverse backgrounds in consumer goods, including Production, Engineering, Food Technology, NPD, or Operations. Your experience in understanding the product manufacturing process, identifying process gaps and opportunities, and fostering cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to your success.
