Work closely with the Head chef and Senior Chefs to deliver seasonal menus as required.

• Conduct stocktakes
• Communicate effectively with Chefs of all levels, Gallery colleagues and Senior Management as required
• Liaise with the Head Chef and Senior Chefs regarding suppliers and ordering, working towards achieving the Gallery's cost of goods targets
• Conduct service as required in the outlets and Events Catering and production as required
• Facilitate service within the Food and Beverage outlets if and when required
• Liaise with the Head Chef regarding the maintenance, service contracts and repairs for the Gallery's kitchen equipment
• Ensure a high standard of food safety is maintained across all venues, as per the Food Safety Plan and requirements of the Food Act 2006
• Ensure Workplace Health and Safety procedures are met when carrying out all aspects of the role.
• Contribute to a cooperative, professional team culture within the Development and Commercial Services area.
