Committee Administration Officer

About the role
We are looking for a Committee Administration Officer to provide high-level administration support to the Legislative Assembly Economy and Infrastructure Committee.
In this varied role, you will provide administrative support to the Committee, organising meetings, preparing meeting materials and taking minutes, maintaining the Committee's website, maintaining financial and budget records, organising travel and accommodation, and formatting documents and reports.
About you
Your excellent organisational and administrative skills will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Committee's activities and contribute to public policy development in Victoria. You will be a team player with highly-developed communication, administrative, computer and organisational skills. Your ability to work with minimal supervision to complete tasks accurately within tight time constraints will be the key to your success in this role.
