THE ROLE
Are you:- Excited by the challenge of applying your creative and strategic communications skills to complex and rewarding strategic housing and homelessness programs and projects?
- A qualified and skilled communicator with experience developing tailored communications for diverse audiences and stakeholders and looking to expand your skills?
- Highly motivated and organised, and able to proactively identify and escalate project and communications risks?
This role supports the delivery of engagement and communications activities associated with Homes Victoria's Housing and Homelessness portfolio to ensure our communities and stakeholders receive timely, accurate and appropriate advice about projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Develop and implement strategic communication and Engagement plans and materials including production and delivery of print, online and multimedia materials that are of a high written and visual standard and which comply with Homes Victoria, DFFH and whole-of-Victorian Government guidelines.
- Provide high quality, timely and accurate strategic Communications and Engagement advice to internal and external stakeholders, constructively engaging with them to achieve desired policy and program outcomes.
- Contribute to portfolio and branch wide activities – including planning and reporting, social media and Ministerial events.
