Closing Date: 2024-04-23 5:00 PMWanted: An experience Strategic Communications leader!About the roleWe are seeking an experienced leader and corporate communications professional to step into the role of Senior Manager Strategic Communications on a permanent basis.As an experienced all-rounder, the successful applicant will have a strong background in leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver everything from Strategic Communications, issues management and media relations to digital communication, internal and external campaigns, and events.Leading a team of talented, fun, and hardworking communications professionals, you will work closely with the Minister for Land’s Office, Chief Executive, General Managers and senior leaders from across the business to develop and execute a future focused, proactive communications strategy and plan. You will be responsible for providing leadership to inspire, engage and drive the team to deliver the workplan.Reporting to the Executive Director Office of the Chief Executive, you will be required to shape the strategy that will evolve Landgate’s brand identity and oversee the delivery of key communications projects and business change initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. This will include the evolution of Landgate’s corporate website, further embedding Landgate’ vision and purpose, as well as the development of communication plans and materials to support the delivery of Landgate’s and . An important focus of this role will also be to own the crisis communications plan to ensure Landgate is protected and, where necessary, put in place contingencies to mitigate possible risk.Integral to this role will be your ability to be proactive in building strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
