About the Role:
Do you enjoy working in a highly cohesive, dynamic HR team to deliver great HR solutions for your stakeholders? Then this could be the perfect opportunity!
Located at the Bindjareb office, in Pinjarra, the People Solutions Team is seeking a motivated individual to ensure effective HR support is provided to HR business partners, managers and employees across the employment life cycle, including managing employee data, and executing processes and procedures in a customer and quality focused manner.
Reporting to the HR Services Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring quality information is delivered to business, in accordance with the Fair Work Act, Company policies, Enterprise Agreements, Award provisions and any other applicable legislation.
You will work in conjunction with key HR representatives to provide expert support and detailed process knowledge, ensuring efficient and effective employee service processes are administered for all regional locations.
This fast-paced position requires strict confidentiality of employee data be maintained. The biggest challenge is achieving timely delivery on queries whilst ensuring accurate information is provided to the business, within payroll processing deadlines.
This position is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term contract for a part-time person working ideally 6 days a fortnight on the roster pattern of WThF, MTW with the opportunity to work at least 1 day from home.

What you can bring to the role:
To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with:
A background of working in a HR capacity with a customer centric mentality supporting a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience of undertaking payroll calculations would be highly beneficial.
Experience of using HR systems ideally Workday or an ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Familiarity with Enterprise Agreement’s would be highly advantageous.
Track record of working as part of a team enabling you to solve problems through collaboration as well as independently.
Excellent communication skills so you can handle queries both electronically and via the phone.
