Our client, a fast-growing organisation with operations across Australia and a workforce of 1,000 seeks a Communications Team Leader.
Working in a dynamic, organisational development (OD) team, reporting to the GM OD, you will lead and manage a team of responsive and innovative communication and marketing professionals.
Responsibilities
- Create, coordinate and execute communications and marketing material in line with Media and Communications strategy.
- Leading, developing and strategically aligning the external and internal communication, stakeholder engagement and marketing functions with the organisational strategy and corporate plan.
- Research, develop and pitch innovative, engaging, and informative content to maximise brand awareness.
- Coordinate and manage the organisation’s website and online material including development of intranet, newsletters, surveys, event material and awareness campaigns
- Relevant qualifications

You will be both leader and hands-on practitioner. As a national organisation there will be some travel required. You will be based in the Brisbane CBD office. Hybrid working arrangements are not offered.
