- Salary $57,842 - $62,221 p.a. (pro rata) - OPS2
- Temporary Part Time (22.5 hrs p.w.) up to 30 June 2025
A great opportunity is available for a self motivated and reliable person, with a passion for helping older adults improve their quality of life, to join the our team as a Community Activity Coordinator.
In this role, you will delivery a lifestyle program centre-based activities for participants in the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and other associated programs. Duties may include planning, organising and providing diversional therapy; assist in the assessment, goal setting and care planning for consumers identified needs and coordinate Community Activity Assistants and the Community Centre.
