Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Care Support Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to help others and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support to individuals within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Support clients with mobility, ensuring they move safely and comfortably.
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and other engagements.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health and well-being to appropriate supervisors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Relevant industry qualification (e.g. Certificate III Individual support, along with previous experience in a caring role is essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A valid NSW driver’s licence, Comprehensive Motor Vehicle insurance and access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
