Role Overview
Enable the delivery of high-quality services to customers through the analysis and problem solving of customer needs, effective stakeholder engagement, financial management and coordination of home support worker team members.
You have the following key areas of responsibility:
• Relationship Management- Maintain accessible and open lines of communication, professionally manage complaints, and collaborate across functions to understand and meet customers' needs.
• Service Offering - Have in depth knowledge of Kalyra's products and services, identifying comprehensive referral opportunities for customers.
• Customer Experience - Enhance customer "Quality of Life" by completing initial paperwork for Consultant team assessments.
• Case Management - Identify key support areas, create comprehensive plans, and ensure all aspects of care are considered.
About the Person
We seek an individual with strong teamwork, administration, and Microsoft Excel/Word skills, committed to quality service and continuous improvement. They excel in multitasking, possess good customer service, and have experience in aged care, demonstrating proficiency in various software applications. This role also requires on-call duty with set allowances available.
Apart from this we ask that you have the following:
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x COVID vaccinations
- Influenza 2023 vaccination
