About the Role:
As a Community Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with stakeholders, building relationships, and driving positive change within the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing your sound Community Development and Engagement skills to foster meaningful connections.
- Demonstrating well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities to address community challenges effectively.
- Seeking input and negotiating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community members, council representatives, and other government entities.
- Hybrid Working Model: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, blending remote work with in-office collaboration.
- Monday – Friday Work: Maintain a healthy work-life balance with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
