Programmed Care is looking for compassionate, caring, and supportive Disability Support Workers to join our existing team in the beautiful Lake Munmorah region of the Central coast. We currently need new staff member/s for Monday and Tuesday 10am to 4pm for a female participant. Experience working with challenging behaviors, ABI's and stroke would be highly regarded.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Personal care
- Manual handling
- Community access
- Companionship
- Domestic duties
- Medication administration
To be considered for this rewarding role you must be able to provide the following:
- Current Certificate III aged care, Individual care, Disability or Community care
- Minimum three months experience, in-home support or community-based role, or in an aged care facility
- Valid driver's licence, reliable, and registered vehicle and current car Insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain certification)
- NDIS Workers Clearance (Or willing to obtain clearance)
