About the role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse to join the RDHS Primary and Community Services team working on a Monday to Friday roster. The position collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team with a primary care focus to provide support and care to those in our rural community. The role has a diverse focus from preventative initiatives to supporting those with diagnosed chronic illness. The initiatives themselves could be conducted onsite within the RDHS facilities in addition to working offsite utilising a place-based care model.
This full time vacancy (1.0 EFT) is available for immediate employment.

Job Requriments:
- Registered Nurse Division 1 with current registration, NBV;
- Broad clinical experience
- Sound knowledge of Community Health Services
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza.
- Clear police and Working with Children’s check
- Applicants require a current Working Rights Visa status or Permanent Residency.
