Community Liaison Officer

We have an exciting opening for a Community Liaison Officer to join our team. 

This position will work within School Plus Programs across Queensland.  Based in School Plus's beautiful new offices located in Eight Mile Plains with plenty of cafes around and free onsite parking.

We are currently seeking an engaging and motivated Community Liaison Officer who has:

• A passion for working with school communities.
• Experience in engaging and building relationships with schools, community organisations or similar. 
• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in developing and maintaining positive and effective professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibility for planning, delivering and evaluating high quality events.
• Disciple and results-driven, with a high level of initiative, and ability to work autonomously.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience 
• A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain 
• Excellent attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent knowledge and previous experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
