About the Role:
NCN Health have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Midwife to join our team in Community Nursing at NCN Health.
The Community Midwife is responsible for providing and coordinating high quality antenatal and postnatal domiciliary maternity care and support to women and families of NCN Health, in line with services provided under the Level 1 Maternity Capability Framework. The Community Midwife works in partnership with women, their General Practitioners and the birthing hospital to give support, care and advice during pregnancy and the post-partum period, ensuring that women and their babies receive holistic, coordinated care and support.
What we are looking for:
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is a mandatory requirement
- Registered Nurse Division 1 Midwife with current certification from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum of two years post graduate experience, including clinical experience across a variety of midwifery settings.
- Satisfactory National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check prior to commencement of employment
