About the role
The role will provide community based Occupational Therapy (OT) assessment and interventions to older people and adults with disabilities who are clients of the Home Based Therapy Service (HBT).
We are looking for someone who has…
- Recognised qualifications in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated skills and community based experience in the Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment of older people and adults with physical disabilities.
- A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 Licence acceptable)

About working for SLHD
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course).
