Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, administer therapy, and generate reports for our NDIS participants (both Pediatrics & Adults).
- Effectively manage caseloads and maintain accurate participant records.
- Communicate collaboratively with participants, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Network with potential stakeholders to contribute to the growth of the Star Community Care brand in local communities.
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Requirements:
- Possess a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and hold current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience within the NDIS sector is highly desirable.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check.
- Possess current CPR certification.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Completed NDIS workers screening check or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
