About the Broncos
The Brisbane Broncos are a professional rugby league football Club founded in 1987, prior to the team’s entry into the competition in 1988 as the first team outside of NSW. The Club has delivered a lot of success throughout our history, winning six Premiership titles in the NRL Men’s competition and three consecutive Premiership titles in the NRL Women’s competition.
The Club has built an iconic brand in Australian sport, and are the only publicly listed sporting franchise on the Australian Securities Exchange. About the role
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will collaborate with First Nations Program Managers and First Nations Regional Program Leads to enhance the delivery of Beyond the Broncos Mentoring programs in schools. The primary objective is to enable Student Support Officers to refine processes and meet high-performance standards, ensuring compliance with program contractual KPIs.
The role involves implementing a Continuous Improvement process through coaching, training and development activities to enhance service delivery standards for students and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Program Analysis
• Analyse existing work processes, workflow, and procedures to develop action plans for achieving work objectives and KPIs
• Utilise data to identify best practice and innovations, creating strategies to implement these across all service delivery sites
• Support Student Support Officers in developing individualised term work plans and reporting frameworks
Program Communication, Relationships and Engagement
• Update program documents and collateral to ensure consistent messaging for Student Support Officers and school networks
• Communicate a culture of Continuous Improvement and capability throughout the Student Support Officer network
• Establish and maintain close working partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Embed cultural perspectives across program materials, training, development, content, curriculum, and resources, while sourcing stories and feedback from key stakeholders to inform ongoing program evaluation, reports, collateral, and best practices
Program Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
• Support the Program Lead in the delivery of the Continuous Improvement plan and report on progress.
• Develop regular reviews and evaluation of work practices and Identify areas for improvement.
• Report and provide analysis and insights on program outcomes as specified contractually and as required by Program Managers.
• Ensure that program operations remain current, accurate and consistent via regular liaison with Program managers and Regional Program Leads.
• Sourcing data from Bronx Hub to inform ongoing program evaluation and best practice.
Administration
• Ensure all record keeping is accurate, timely and compliant with contractual requirements.
• Perform other duties that may be required by the Program Managers and General Manager to enhance the efficiency and quality of Broncos Community Programs.

Key Criteria
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Education, Training, Youth or Community Services are desirable)
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating an understanding of demands from a diverse demographic
• Demonstrated understanding of the issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth and their educational outcomes
• Experience in developing and maintaining effective relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
• Strong skills in relationship building, communication, decision making, influencing, coaching, and teamwork
• Experience in employment, education, and/or mentoring program delivery
• Proven track record of delivering successful program outcomes, achieving or exceeding targets, and demonstrated experience in program coordinator and report writing
• A current Drivers Licence
• Current valid paid QLD Blue Card
