Community Project Officer

Public Sector People are partnering with a government organisation to recruit for a 3 month Project Officer to support and resource for a community service committee.   Up to 30 hours weeklyLocation: Northern Sydney RegionHourly Pay Rate: Up to $43 p/h Super  Responsibilities: Assist with resourcing and supporting the disability/aged care services committee.   Prepare and develop meeting agendas, discussion topics, and assisting with organising community events.

Research social policies, drafting correspondence and reports, and preparing presentations.  Essential: Strong administration experience within local government.   Experience within social science, social policy, community services, or, community development  Experience in policy research and interpretation is ideal.
