We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Projects & Agreement Coordinator to manage, administer and report on all grant and funding governance requirements for our Community and Cultural Programs across the Community, Cultural and Social Innovation (CCSI) unit. Your New Role
Reporting to the General Manager - Community, Cultural & Social Innovation Unit (CCSI), you will be responsible for managing the associated administrative requirements across CCSI and providing direct assistance to the GM CCSI, with funding procurement/management and acting as conduit between Discrete Social Clubs and various State Office Business Units, to address funding governance requirements. About You
- Qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or at least 3 years’ experience that would you equip you to deliver the outcomes of the position.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Peoples,’ discrete Community Councils/stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver community programs and events in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Demonstrate experience in working within a funding-driven environment with understanding of the funding cycle across government, corporate and community domains.
- Demonstrated ability compile funding tenders and complete required performance reporting requirements.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current Drivers’ License, eligible to obtain an RDA if required.
- Eligibility for a QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and National Police Check
- Ability to travel across the state as required.
