- Coordinate participant, external provider, and support worker feedback via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Refer complaints and incidents to the appropriate team leader for management.
- Conduct regular spot checks for support worker supervisions in in-home care.
- Manage media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Clickability) and approve all posts.
- Oversee networking and brand awareness initiatives, including community-based appointments, cold calling, expos, and events.
- Manage and facilitate internal events (e.g., employee of the quarter, end-of-year) with Human Resources.
- Support the implementation of strategies, monitor progress, and review as necessary.
- Advertise FBA Care services, focusing on SIL/Respite services.
- Acquire suitable properties for SIL and Respite services.
- Support evidence-based practice through administrative skills, documenting outcomes, and monthly reporting.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute positively to the business.
- Work respectfully with clients, their families, and support networks.
- Manage participant onboarding, including inquiries, intake forms, and profile creation.
- Handle the internal referral process and maintain the DMS register.
- Conduct OH&S assessments and gather feedback from participants at various intervals post-referral.
- Ensure participant satisfaction and a person-centred service.
- Assist participants in making complaints, address issues, and take corrective action.
- Follow reporting requirements and timelines.
- Manage participant exit process and gather feedback.
- Perform account management duties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with NDIS, LAC, service providers, and the local community.
- Contribute actively to the business in a positive manner.
- Fulfill any other duties as directed.
