Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS) is a new provider of Community Care Services in Central Coast NSW. We pride ourselves on delivering tailored care to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families. Our ultimate goal is to support clients to remain at home and engaged in their local community. Community Support Assistants to assist clients to enjoy fulfilling and engaged lives beyond a diagnosis or health conditions. The CSA supports the clients in every aspect to stay socially active, pursue hobbies and continue to lead valued lives. Additionally, with reablement and wellness approaches clients are supported with their personal care tasks and domestic activities.
