The Community Transport bus driver supports and assists frail older people, people with disabilities and carers at home and in their community in a way that enhances choice, dignity and independence by providing transport services to older adults and individuals with a disability and other eligible residents of the City of Hume. What you'll be doing: Provide transport services in a manner consistent with client needs and expectations and professional and safe practice which includes but may not be limited.
