Our team comprises over 40 individuals working across hubs in Melbourne, China, India, and South-East Asia. As we strive to continue our rapid growth and expand globally, we aim to become a leader in sourcing and procurement.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. As our accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about numbers, possesses strong analytical skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

This role is perfect for those seeking to continue to develop their skills to the level of a financial controller one day in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial statements
• Process invoices and Payments on time accurately
• Reconciliation of  bank statements 
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Support internal reporting and month end tasks.
• Other Ad Hoc finance support as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification required.

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

High proficiency level in using Xero and Excel

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Management of offshore bookkeepers
