AddressDo you have a brain for numbers but your heart is within the creative arts industry? This is a permanent part-time Company Accountant opportunity allowing the flexibility to utilise a hybrid work arrangement in this bustling inner-city environment.
This role is autonomous, based in the inner SE CBD location, reporting to an CEO and External Accountant. It would be encouraged that you go into the office (city fringe) to immerse yourself into the new culture and get to know your team while you're learning, but you also have the option to work from home a couple of days per week.
The organisation are leaders in their creative field, with a fantastic reputation and high-profile stakeholders and ambassadors. Long standing and prestigious projects are their day-to-day business.
The role is unique and has evolved as the company has grown. This is an end-to-end stand-alone finance role working closely with the CEO in preparing yearly and event budgets for the organisation. You will be responsible for the transactional side of finance as well as the monthly management cycle, payroll, financial reporting and tax compliance requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working independently, be self-motivated and have a passion for the creative arts sector. Your ability to manage the end-to-end finance function and to build strong working relationship within a team environment, will be highly regards.
