Form of workThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary with ASX listed experience. You will join a collegiate, expanding team with an excellent reputation. You will be involved in a range of matters including preparing and attending Board Meetings, annual reporting, drafting notices and advising on Corps Act and ASX Listing Rules (including Continuous Disclosure) etc.
Skills & experience
The successful candidate will have strong experience working as a Company Secretary for an ASX listed company. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with senior stakeholders. You will have excellent attention to detail and a passion for governance and improving processes.
