Complaints Officer

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Complaints Specialist for our Financial Services, who is passionate about providing exceptional customer care, timely, empathetic with strong attention to detail to thoroughly investigate complaints and resolve them in a mutually beneficial outcome. Full Time preferred, but willing to cater for Part Time for the right candidate (salary will be adjusted accordingly).You must have exceptional interpersonal skills and experience of regulations and compliance of financial services products. This role would ideally suit someone continuing their progression into Internal Disputes (IDR), or someone looking to start cementing their career in IDR.

Join our internal dispute resolution team at our modern offices located in Tanah Merah. Located in a prime position, easily accessible to the Logan Hyperdome and many other major outlets surrounding.

Your main duties would include, but not be limited to:

• Investigate complaints for internal dispute resolution
• Complaint handling via phone and in writing
• Keeping management/stakeholders informed appropriately about the progress of all complaints
• Respond and resolve within time frames in an empathetic manner

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with their team
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Be a punctual and reliable member
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
